ADVANCE SEARCH will give you the option to look for a hotel by either the name or simply by introducing the maximum cost you are willing to spend per night or in total.

Then click SEARCH

On this section, please note that there are hotels with availability displayed as “rooms available” on the left top corner of the screen that can be booked immediately. Then on the right hand side, there are hotels on request displayed as “rooms on request”, as shown in picture below. To choose any of the two options just click on it and a darker blue will indicate the option you have chosen.

Choose your hotel from the list provided then chick on BOOK.

Click on the chosen hotel to view more details, photos and location map.

If you selected a date where no room is available, the system will automatically highlight “rooms on request”, and the option “rooms available” will display 0 hotels.

To book a hotel that is on “request”, finish the whole booking process and we will notify you via e-mail of any availability. This process can take up to 24 working hours.

If you on the other hand do not wish to wait for an answer on a hotel on request, then before you finish the booking process, simply click on “Back” on your internet browser and it will take you to the hotel list where you can carry on looking for a hotel with availability.

If you do not get any confirmation within the 24 hrs stated, you will get your hotel for FREE!

This section shows you a pre-summary of your booking indicating whether your hotel is on request or available. (under BOOKING TYPE).

Then it will ask you for some personal details that are needed for the completion of your booking as well as giving you the option to make requests about your specific hotel.

Also note that you can upgrade your basic board type (Bed and Breakfast), which is included in the price advertised on-line, to a Half Board or a Full Board for an extra charge. Once you select your board type, indicate in the box provided the total number of people.

Airport transfers can also be added to your total booking. Either book your transfer IN or OUT independently or both transfers. (flight times to be indicated in Czech Republic local time - CET).

Please note that KENTAURUS PRAHA Terms & Conditions have to be agreed with to be able to continue with your booking.

Then click on NEXT STEP (bottom right hand corner of page).

MODIFY SEARCH, on top of the screen will give you the option to start a new hotel search by name or price.

This section will show a total summary of your booking (hotel details, date of stay, guest's details, your chosen board type, airport transfers-if any and prices).

Please check all details carefully and if you find any amendments to be made, click on BACK and do so.

Then click on FINISH BOOKING to send an automatic e-mail to the KENTAURUS PRAHA team.

After completing step 3, a message saying “Booking registration has been completed successfully” will appear on the screen.

If your booking was on “request”, you will get an automatic e-mail sent to you with status WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION. Then follow the instructions given in it.

If you booked a hotel that was “available”, you will have the payment options on the screen straight away, as well as an e-mail sent to you with status CONFIRMED / WAITING FOR PAYMENT.

Then choose from the payment options given on-line and follow the instructions.
